Kodubale Indian snack

Kodubale

Prepartion Time: 1 hour

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fine Rava
  • 1 cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
  • 3 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Puttani/Fried gram powdered
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp curry leaves finely chopped.
Instructions:
  • Grind chillies, coconut into a paste
  • Roast Maida and Rava separately in a pan
  • Mix all the flours, Rava, chopped curry leaves and add melted butter and mix well
  • Add water and knead till it becomes a dough
  • Make small Kodubale rings and fry them in oil.
Tips:
  • While frying use medium flame. If you fry in high flame it will become dark soon and will not cook in the inside.
