Kodubale
Prepartion Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fine Rava
- 1 cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
- 3 cup Rice Flour
- 1 cup Puttani/Fried gram powdered
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 cup chopped Cilantro
- 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
- 3 Green chillies
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp curry leaves finely chopped.
Instructions:
- Grind chillies, coconut into a paste
- Roast Maida and Rava separately in a pan
- Mix all the flours, Rava, chopped curry leaves and add melted butter and mix well
- Add water and knead till it becomes a dough
- Make small Kodubale rings and fry them in oil.
Tips:
- While frying use medium flame. If you fry in high flame it will become dark soon and will not cook in the inside.
